About the occupants
There are 3 people living at our house. We bought our house a few years ago and we are looking for a fourth person for our spare bedroom. My husband Thomas (30) has his own lawn care business, I (Alycce, 30) am a primary teacher, and our friend Nathan (30) is a stone mason. We are generally pretty quiet although the boys can get passionate about video games. We have family or friends over occasionally. We also have a cat and a dog.

We are a happy house looking for who is tidy and friendly. Whether you like to have your own space or socialise we don't mind either way. Your friends are welcome, but we are looking for people who are also mindful of others schedules as some of us do go to work rather early. We are not looking for someone who smokes or does drugs.
