It's in a great location very close to Scarborough Beach, Karrinyup shops, Innaloo shops, and Stirling Train Station.
As I have my own en suite, the person that moves in will have their own bathroom and toilet which is right next to their room. Being a 2 storey house there is also plenty of room to relax upstairs and downstairs.
