Seeking a semi-professional late 20's - 30's to move in with two super-awesome social yet semi-professional peeps along with our doggie, Griff!

Great old Victorian style home, high ceilings, great backyard where we have afternoon/evening hangs and BBQ's in the sun (when the days/nights are warm) and a delish veggie garden growing out the back. Great spacious kitchen with all the mod cons and fully equip. Lounge is all set up for movies or evening chill-outs, there is a small conservatory off the kitchen and a shed out back for storage.

Just off Victoria Street in Abbotsford so there is all the Pho you can eat! Close to a big supermarket, Victoria Gardens is a little down the road, there are really close small convenient stores and it's a 10 minute walk to North Richmond train station, plus all trams running off the surrounding streets such as Church street.

Walking distance to parks, really great local walking tracks and so close to the Abbotsford Convent - with the bats flying over top in the evenings. Truly is a great house and a great set of peeps living there!!
