Set on Nelson st, this apartment is in the piano complex - an old warehouse set up that has been converted into an apartment complex. Annandale has a great atmosphere within the inner west and it's just 20 mins into the city

There is a large living/dining area that is fully furnished, the kitchen has a dishwasher and gas cooking. I have a washing machine and the unit is fitted with a clothes dryer.

The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. There's two bathrooms - a main and an ensuite and the bedroom has a built in wardrobe.

The unit is very private and quiet. As the unit is located on the ground floor, there is a large patio out the back which has a BBQ. The complex is very secure and there's 24hr free street parking on nelson and Collins st.

The apartment is within close proximity to Booth street which has local cafes, supermarkets, shops and the post office nearby. Public bus transport is nearby as well and there are a few great pubs nearby as well.
