City house share arrangement. This furnished 3 bedroom apartment is centrally located at Mauna Loa Street, Larrakeyah in Darwin City. Broadband WiFi available.

The apartment is based on a "house share" with all the bedrooms being private double rooms. Two private queen bedrooms, two bathrooms with the master (the third) bedroom having its own ensuite.

The fully air conditioned apartment has a large lounge area, kitchen, laundry and balcony. A lovely shaded swimming pool is in the grounds and there is a lift to all floors. Electronic gates and keypad entry doors ensure for a safe and happy environment.

A high standard of cleanliness is required and the common areas are to be kept clean and tidy on a shared basis (cleaning materials not provided). The apartment is run on a low energy policy (e.g. sensible use of the clothes dryer and air conditioners etc.) This is to keep the power costs at a reasonable level as these costs are shared equally. I feel that my apartment would best suit a professional person.
