I have a personal training studio attached to the house and work from there as a personal trainer (am happy for potential house mate to use the studio).
I am usually in the studio 8am-11am and 5pm-8pm daily, excluding weekends.
During the day I potter about the house, run errands, run my son to sporting activities and socialise. Very rarely sitting still.
