Fairly new townhouse located 5-10 minutes walk from Alphington and Fairfield station, walking distance to Station St shops and a short drive to Northland or Northcote Plaza. Only a 15 minute train ride into the city, premium location.

The house has a large living area downstairs, 2 bathrooms, laundry, gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, split system heating/cooling in the bedrooms and living room. Also has a nice outdoor area, large garage, Foxtel and unlimited internet. About the occupants
About the housemates: You'll be living with two males: Brett, a 24yo full time IT worker and Michael, a 25yo business student at RMIT who works casually in a call centre.

The environment is fairly laid back, we love our sport, have foxtel (purely for the sport), and enjoy a movie/board game from time to time. House is smoker friendly (though perfectly fine if you don't), weeknights are pretty quiet but on weekends we don't mind sinking in to a beverage or 4. We're relatively tidy but not neat freaks by any stretch.
Compatible people
About you: We're pretty open to anyone who is happy to live here. Ideally you'd have some interest in sport but if not that's all good, as long as you're happy with us watching it! The room will be available from the 11th of December, so come check it out before that.

We're looking for someone who is considerate of others privacy, but also enjoys hanging out with their housemates. Doesn't matter if you're employed full-time, part-time, uni student or unemployed (as long as you can pay the rent), we'd love to get to know you a bit!
