$200 a week includes all bills and internet. You'll have one side of the house to yourself, which has:

Beautiful house and a fully furnished room with your own private deck! The house has a huge main deck, great open plan kitchen / living room and is in a nature-friendly 'village' where you'll see wild kangaroos bouncing around most days.

Undercover, carport parking available.

You'll have access to the community centre with its large swimming pool, gym, barbecues, pizza oven and various social events. There is a cafe on site, beautiful views, walking tracks and Currumbin Creek goes through the estate.

Great location in Currumbin Valley and only 12 mins drive from Currumbin Beach / Palm Beach (and Woolies / Coles).

About the occupants
I'm Tim, I'm 35 and I work full time as a software developer, 3 days up in Brisbane CBD, 2 days from home. I like hanging out with friends, I'm tidy, clean and respectful and normally go out rather than invite people over. I eat meat and I drink alcohol (normally beer).

I have my kids staying on Thu and Fri nights every week, and then every other weekend they also stay here. So 2 or 3 of the weekends in these 5 weeks. They are normally asleep 7pm-6am every night that they are here with me.
Compatible people
Honesty and respect. The house is easy to keep clean and tidy, so that shouldn't be an issue over the 5 weeks.
