I have two kids which go to school, very well behaved and in bed early. Plus I work full time

Your payment to me will be $200 a week for one person * that includes normal amount of electricity usage , internet (wifi) usage of Netflix etc
You will also buy your own food , I have a big double door fridge so plenty of space.

I work full time Monday to Friday during the day as a chef. I have only lived in this brand new house since August last year (2016)
We get home around 4.30pm ish , we like to just chill watch tv, go to the pool we have access to (it's amazing ) go for walks to the park and have picnics we are pretty easy going and I have a strong child care background so my kids are taught right from wrong and are no hassle at all :)
I expect cleanliness ( I don't mind a bit of mess I get that especially with busy work routines etc - I just won't stand for grottiness)
Honesty is highly important as this is my home and every thing I own and I want my "FLAT MATE " to treat this as their home as well but have certain morals and boundary awareness etc.
Also respectful of me and my children plus the house and belongings as I would to you .
I don't have time for drama so just want some one easy going and that has common sense :)
