Lovely home in Altona. There is a lock up garage for a car (unless extra storage space is needed). There is a a spare room that could be for either storage, a second lounge or study. Unlimited WiFi and Netflix. There is also a very friendly Labrador (lives outside).
The unit is close to train 5 min walk, supermarket <5 minute walk, and beach?pier 1 minute walk. It's a relatively quiet area.
