Located in a very quiet street, and I'm offering the Main Bedroom, fully-furnished (if required). The room has reverse-cycle air-con, ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, large walk-in wardrobe and access to FREE hi-speed WiFi. The whole house is very secure, with electronic shutters on the front windows and a 2-car garage with automatic roller door. If you have your own furniture, I have space for that as well...

I rarely cook, so you will have the kitchen (gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher) pretty much to yourself; you will also have access to a Nespresso coffee machine and a NutriBullet blender.
The laundry has a front-loader washing machine and a sensor dryer. I have solar panels feeding electricity back to the grid (meaning low bills!).

About the occupants
Hi, my name is Ian - I'm a mature guy living by myself in a secure 4x2. My flatmates (couple) are leaving the country, so I have a vacancy for a (preferably) mature single or couple.

I'm a full-time musician (piano, working with a female singer); I'm also a travelling music teacher, so I'm out on the road just about every afternoon/early evening, and gigging on weekends (don't worry, no loud rehearsals or lessons @ my place!). I also do volunteer work for various Community organisations during the day.
Compatible people
I do want to stress that this is a quiet (and clean & tidy) house - NOT a party place with a constant stream of visitors! I am very friendly and happy to chat at the right times, but (because of the nature of my work), when I'm home I usually like to be in a peaceful & quiet environment, and I will appreciate someone who also likes their own space. IF you like lots of visitors, parties, listening to music all day or watching TV all night (unless it's through headphones, as I do..) this is probably NOT the place for you..!

Apart from my natural therapist girlfriend dropping in occasionally, I like my space and "chill time", and would appreciate a housemate who likes the same...

The only other occupant is my friendly cat named Louie; it's not essential for my housemate to love cats, but you must be at least be OK with having one around!
