Located in a very quiet street, and I'm offering the Main Bedroom, fully-furnished (if required). The room has reverse-cycle air-con, ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, large walk-in wardrobe and access to FREE hi-speed WiFi. The whole house is very secure, with electronic shutters on the front windows and a 2-car garage with automatic roller door. If you have your own furniture, I have space for that as well...

I rarely cook, so you will have the kitchen (gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher) pretty much to yourself; you will also have access to a Nespresso coffee machine and a NutriBullet blender.
The laundry has a front-loader washing machine and a sensor dryer. I have solar panels feeding electricity back to the grid (meaning low bills!).

Notes: I have solar panels feeding electricity back into the grid, so electricity cost are pretty low. Hot water and cooktop are gas; natural gas for heating. Hi-speed WiFi is already included..
