Home Description

Description of the home

A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Alexandra Hills, with off street parking and 2 awesome housemates (my name is Bri and my housemate is Taylah). We have one free room available which just so happens to be the master bedroom. It comes with air conditioning, your own walk-in robe and private ensuite.

We have a massive outdoor area and backyard, with a large pool as well. The whole house comes furnished although your room will be unfurnished, (if you have some furniture you'd like to bring with you, as long as it fits we won't be opposed!) We also have a 3 year old foster dog who is adorable and loves everyone!

There's so much to know but if you have any questions feel free to send me a message! Thanks! Bri.

About the occupants
My name is Bri, I'm 20 years old at the moment and study Justice/Law at Uni full time. I also work casually and have a 3 year old foster dog, his name is Gizmo and is a Malamute. I'm pretty busy (but also useless) at trying to study uni study and my workload amongst myself, but when I am able to do it well, I like to use my spare time to head to the beach or hang out with mates. I also like to have some friends over from time to time for casual drinks, so I wouldn't be opposed to our new housemate enjoying the same either. I'm pretty easy going and I'm a massive extrovert, but at times I do really appreciate my own time.

I am ideally looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and be considerate, and help around the house with cleaning and mowing the lawn when needed.

Taylah - Taylah is my housemate, she's 22 and currently studied Paramedics at uni full time as well. She's pretty laid back and easy going and can get along with anyone too. We're looking for someone who fits in well.
Compatible people
We're looking for fun and friendly people, single or a couple, working full time or studying is no worries, as long as you have some source of reliable income. We want someone who we can be friends with, who is keen for a drink with us, or dinner, when we can, but also someone who like us, respects our own private time. Our home will be yours so someone who feels comfortable and can treat it us such, and of course your friends are more than welcome too!
Description of pets
I currently foster a 3 year old Malamute called Gizmo. He has a story for everyone and will talk to anyone he can, some people are a little intimidated by this as he can be loud, although he's a massive teddy bear and is a sucker for real cuddles. He'll get sad if he doesn't get some love some time. Unfortunately, Gizmo isn't a permanent housemate, and once my foster organisation can find a family for this little baby, he'll be off. He's house trained and just like a puppy at heart- basically he's a big fluff ball with a cuddly personality.
