Description of the home
The house is a unit with 2 bedrooms, spacious and modern open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with gas stove and a dishwasher. The toilet, bathroom and laundry are all separate and there is central heating for those cold Ballarat winters and reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is also a BBQ and casual seating in the no maintenance and chilled out backyard.
The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom which has lots of natural light and a built in robe.
The house is located in Soldiers Hill which is a really nice area of Ballarat less than 5 mins drive to Sturt St. There is a supermarket 1.5km away and a short walk to a couple of gyms or Lake Wendouree.

Bills and expenses
Rent is $140 p/w
Bond is 4 weeks rent ($560).
