One fabulous and adventurously spirited housemate needed in Gosnells.
The house is fantastic, only 750 metres from the telephone exchange for reasonably fast internet (once it’s connected on April 18th). A bus stop to the Gosnells train station across the street, off street parking, a locked up backyard and driveway area.
The owners will consider cats with a suitable pet bond and the house is really well maintained with wooden floors. The garden is very easy to maintain. The current lease ends August 2017 but I will renew it as I have a grown up house full of stuff and moving is a great effort, plus I really like this house.
