The room is available from 29 April until 1 July.

Large double bedroom that could easily fit a king size bed. No walk in wardrobe however plenty of space to put one in. There is a queen bed, chest of drawers, hanging rack, small desk and carpet (these items are basic however practical). These items aremail available free of charge or the room can be made empty.

The house is a 150m walk to North Cottesloe beach, a 100m walk to the bus stop which can take you all the way into the city and a 500m walk to the nearest train station which can also take you into the city.

The lease for the house expires on 1 July 2017 however there is scope for this to be extended and the agent has said that if someone else wishes to take up the lease from 1 July then they would most likely oblige.
