A great 3 bedroom house in Annandale. It has a good sized living area, with polished floors throughout, air-conditioning and new bathrooms.
We're in a fantastic location, close to regular city buses, 15 minutes walk to light rail and there's a supermarket close by. It's a short walk to Jubilee park, which has awesome views of the city and waterfront.
There's a garage available, as well as street parking which is easy to get a permit for.
