Our beautiful and comfortable home is a double storey brick house located just 1 min from the bustling Victoria St, The HIVE shopping centre (Woolies/Aldi/Chemist Warehouse) and the #12 & #109 tram stop. The location is a massive selling point with everything within a minutes walk. Victoria Gardens is 5min by tram, the city is 10min by tram or 6min by train and we are surrounded by cheap grocers and restaurants.

Downstairs features a large living area with lounge, dining, separate kitchen & pantry, bathroom & laundry whilst upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. Additionally on the ground floor you'll also find a small but practical yard perfect in summer to lounge or to fire the BBQ up.

Hi we are a professional couple, been together over 7 years and are looking for a housemate to share our lovely home with.

One of us works in design and the other in real estate. We are both into fitness and train 5 days a week. We enjoy dining out, movies, the arts etc. We both have busy work lives and use our home for downtime so this is not a party house. On Sundays in particular we like to relax at home and enjoy a good sleep in.

The living areas and kitchen are always kept clean so the only space our flatmate needs to take care of is their bathroom and their bedroom.
