This upmarket unit is in a great location, walking distance to the Esplanade, hospitals, Cairns central, shops, cafes, cinema's, parks etc.. It is surprisingly quiet, given it's central and convenient location.

I am looking for a responsible, clean and tidy female to share with me, in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It is stylishly furnished and has a lovely big lounge and dining area, and the balcony is larger than what you find in most units. The unit is fully security screened, I like to keep it looking nice and would like the tenant to also do the same.

Great location for hospital workers as it is only about a 2 minute walk to either hospital.

Hi I'm Kerrin - I work part-time at the moment as a territory manager.
Being so close to the city, I like to walk everywhere, enjoy going to the local community events, and catching up with friends. I am friendly and like a chat, but also like my own space. I like my place to be comfortable and relaxed- & when I'm home I like to read, do yoga, meditate, learning the ukulele (quietly), or practice my singing (also quietly). I like my place to be clean and tidy and require that my flatmate is the same. I am mindful of our impact on the environment and use earth-friendly products in the house and recycle as much as possible.
