It's a reasonably large room with floorboards and a fireplace (not in use). Lots of character, just painted prior to current tenant. It's got a reverse air cooling and heating unit. Some furniture but I can take it out if you have your own.

Large room (fully furnished but can remove) in great house in West Leederville. Close to everything (literally). Amazing cafes, pub on the corner, Coles, IGA, Subi, City, Leederville, train, bus. Beach 10 minutes.

You have your own living area, TV, etc. It's a share bathroom situation but it's never been an issue.

Beautiful open plan living/dining/deck. A/C and heating throughout house.

The only thing that isn't negotiable is that you must love dogs. There's a cheeky StaffyX Jack Russell that lives here. I keep the house super clean but if that's the kind of thing that will annoy you, this place isn't for you!! I only need you to be OCD in the bathroom! I'll take care of the rest!

Boo is my StaffyX Jack Russell. He's a mummy's boy so he will rarely bother you because he follows me everywhere 24/7. He also comes to work with me most days but if he's home he'll be asleep at my end of the house!!. I keep the house super clean so it's not usually a problem. Oh and he's house trained.
