Hey! Two rooms available in a large 5 bedroom house. Both rooms have their own split system air conditioners and built in wardrobes. There is one spare bed if needed, otherwise unfurnished. Though this is a 5 bedroom house I am only needing a total of 3 people so it still feels like everyone can have their own space. Treadmill and some Gym equipment available to use in another bedroom.

The property location is in a quiet street, walking distance to Murdoch University, Murdoch Train Station and Fiona Stanley Hospital. The Train Station is only 4 stops into Perth City. Fremantle access is from South Street, only about 15min Bus ride. Kardinya and Bull Creek shops are very close and Garden City Shopping Centre is only a short drive away.

One garaged car space available and room for up to around 6 car access available off street.

About the occupants
Looking for laid back people to enjoy the house with. I'm easy going, not really bothered about set chores for housemates, so long as everyone cleans up after themselves it's all good. I work quite a lot so won't be around all the time but when I am I'm friendly and respectable to others and expect the same back.

My passion in my spare time is music, I'm a bass player. I do play a bit but am mindful of others and don't over do it by playing too late or early and can use headphones if others need some quiet time. Most of the time I'm into health and fitness, but I do also enjoy going out for a few social drinks here and there.
