Home Description
Description of the home
The house, built in the 1860s, is gorgeous. It is spacious and characterful, with timber floors, high ceilings, plenty of light, and two double doors that open to the backyard. The kitchen is like a forest cabin. There are gardens front and back with a great plant selection. The rest of the house is well furnished. There are two spare rooms: a downstairs study with stained glass windows. There's also a large back laundry and good storage.
We're located very close to Abbotsford Convent, Collingwood Children's Farm and the Yarra Bend Park. Great for walks and runs through the bush and along the river. Collingwood and Victoria Park train stations are five minutes' walk away and Victoria Street is close. We're also close to bus stops on the 200 and 207 routes which go up past Smith and Brunswick Streets, and along Lygon Street.
Available from 8 April.
