Just finished the major renovations to the place. New kitchen, luxurious new bathroom, new living area and renovated bedroom. Huge yard with get view from the balcony.
The down side is that it is a smaller sized house. Up side there is a great dog and cat and Netflix!

Quiet street with fantastic neighbours.
Currently the room is only furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair as I wanted to be able to provide a room that can accommodate people with and without their own stuff.
