Old Victorian style house. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Toilet is outside however. Gas, electricity and internet all set up. TV, couch, fridge, microwave etc all set up too. All you need is a bed and a wardrobe!
Very close to the main street and Woolworth (<10 min walk). Literally opposite Central Park where the annual Stawell's Gift takes place. 5 min drive to the local gym.
If you work at the local hospital (like myself) it's only a 10 min walk to get there.
