The apartment is located at the Coralie gardens in Armadale. With access to a swimming pool during the summer months. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the pool, gardens, and BBQ area. There is secure parking if you have a car. If you don't have a car then don't worry as the train station is within walking distance, as well as a local shopping centre.

The apartment comes NBN ready with access to unlimited data. The rooms have ceiling fans with remotes. The bathroom toilet and laundry is all in the one room. The living room is open and spacious and leads to the door to the balcony.

I dont smoke nor do drugs. And the apartment will be a drug free zone. Normal cigarettes are fine as along as its outside. Although i do enjoy drinks after work and on the weekends.
