The room available is fairly large and has huge built in wardrobes with masses of space. It does not come with bedroom furniture. You will fit a queen sized bed and at least x1 bedside table in the room and probably x2 bedsides. It has a window so plenty of light.

Massive kitchen, dining and living area with all mod cons and white goods already in place (includes washing machine, clothes drier, x2 big fridges, air con, heating, gas fake log fire, broadband). Big outside table on decking and decking surrounding the whole house with front and rear gardens. Very large garage area that is used as a bit of a man cave with sofas and TV. The man cave also has loads of storage space (and can also double up as a woman cave).

House is on the border of Merewether and Hamilton South and is only a 7 minute walk from the junction so perfect for shops (massive coles), coffee shops, restaurants, bars.

Bills and expenses

Bills are pretty normal. Just electricity and gas as and when they come in. We try not to go too crazy on the heating or the aircon but when its sweltering or freezing they are there to be used. Broadband is about $60 per month between 3 people.

Hi I'm Paulos and I have been living in this house for about 5 months with Harry and Lachy (Lachy is looking to move out). Im English, 37 years old and been in Aus for 6 years (5 in Melbourne and 1 in Newy). I work full time as a sales consultant and when Im not working I try and spend most of my time in the gym or in the kitchen. I'm fairly outdoorsy, a big lover of nature and love to scuba dive and bush walk. Im always up for good food and wine over big nights out nowadays but if you do prefer a party then Harry is your man!!

Harry - Harry is 23 years old and 5 years into an engineering degree. At the moment he is buried in books and assignments but when he isn't he is a fairly active DJ on the newcastle circuit and also DJ's a few festivals here and there. Harry is really chilled out, interesting and extremely easy to get along with.
