Hi I am Tristan and have 3 rooms to rent in Singleton. I work Fifo on a 4:1 roster so I am not around a lot.

My house is a 4X2 with cinema room, outdoor kitchen and a study area. It has solar power, solar water, reverse cycle air conditioner ducted to all rooms.
The outdoor kitchen has oven, power, BBQ and a wine fridge.
Brand new carpet all throughout and a 3D projector.
NBN fibre to premises 100 megabit connection.

The rooms.

Master bedroom has ensuite, king bed suite and walk in robe. Open the double French doors and walk out to cross a bridge over the pond onto a privet deck area.

The semi ensuite room is larger room with robe. It has a queen bedroom suite, with access straight into the bathroom.

The third room is a standard queen bed with new suite and mattress. Built in robe.
