ABOUT THE HOUSE.
Its a Duplex, and it is fully furnished, however the spare room is unfurnished., its located in the very trendy* area of Labrador. It has 2 big sized bedrooms - enough room to have a queen bed and a desk - both rooms have double built in robes - Plenty of storage space. There is a brand new bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and a combined dinning and lounge room. The newly renovated kitchen also has plenty of space, and a separate laundry.

There is a garage that is currently being used for storage, gym, washing. There is also plenty of space beside the house to park off the street. If you dont have a car - Its right on the bus route number 713- that runs between Southport- Harbourtown - Runaway Bay - Coombabah - Paradise Point.

Its a short trip to the broadwater - just at end of the street, and there are 2 awesome parks close by that will be great to sit and hang out with friends with a cold cider & exercise . Around the corner - about 400m is a shopping centre - with a dirty chinese (yummo), Bottle Shop and Aldi - all you can need. It is every close to the new hospital, harbor town, and the Griffith Uni - about a 10 min bike ride.

Rent is $200 per week. Im easy with bond - But $300 would be enough. There is internet available for an extra $20 a month.
