The room we are looking to fill has built in cabinets with plenty of storage to fit two people's things. A bed and mattress can also be provided at no extra cost. There is ducted heating and cooling in the room as well as a ceiling fan.

Description of the home

The house has a large backyard with apple, orange and lemon trees, a clothes line, veggie patch and a shed with gym equipment.

The house is 10 minutes drive to the city or 15 minutes by bus - there is a bus stop just a hop, skip and a jump away. The house is also 10 minutes walk to Walkerville shopping centre, and a few minutes to the linear park walking/cycling trail which will take you into the city.

We are renting off a landlord via an agent so approvals must go through them first. We currently have a lease until November 2017
