***LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM TENANT FOR OUR APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF BONDI***
Hi Guys,
I am moving back to the UK mid April so my room is available to move into as of the weekend of 7/8th April.
About the apartment.
It's a large 3 bedroom apartment based on Penkivil Street, just off of the main Bondi Road so you're close to all the local amenities such as shops, hair salons, cafes, nail shops, great coffee, bakeries etc... My room is a great space with built-in wardrobes, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There is a large kitchen with utility room, a balcony, very large living and dining space too. There is also a communal pool on the ground floor. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to both Bondi Junction train station and to Bondi Beach, you couldn't be in a better location.
About the flatmates.
You will be sharing with two other english girls, 30 & 32. They would love someone who is respectful, clean, tidy and considerate. Male or Female. Not fussed. If you feel you could fit this description well and you're looking for a lovely new home then please get in touch. This room is for ONE person only, no couples and no backpackers. Sorry. Looking for someone longer term. This is not a party house - the girls both work long hours and like to spend their evenings just chilling, watching films, cooking, maybe the odd glass of wine etc.
The bed/mattress isn't included but you can have it for $150.
Security bond up front: $1300
Rent: Rent is to be paid on the 29th of every month and is $1467 a month so please bear in mind you will need to pay rent on top of bond from moving in date.
