I am offering two rooms. One bedroom and one study, both unfurnished. Both rooms have built in cupboard space. Furnishings and appliances are provided for all other rooms.
Two separate living rooms, gym set up in garage, 2 separate private outdoor courtyards, BBQ to use, upstairs and downstairs toilet.
One off street carpark available for use.
