We are looking for someone to join our warm and social share house in Towradgi. The house has 3 bathrooms, heaps of living space and is always kept clean. It has a big yard, a pool, BBQ and entertaining area and a big garage for all your active lifestyle needs.
We're on the east side of the tracks in Towradgi. Very close to everything you need - beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, servo, cafes and take aways.

Bills and expenses
We've got all Austar channels and have a fortnightly house cleaner named Narelle (she's lovely). Included in rent ($140 per wk) is your room, water bills, unlimited internet, All channels on Austar and Narelle. Only additional bills are electricity and gas which come up quarterly (~$80 per qtr)

You'll be living with 3 easy going, professional guys all around 30 years old. We share food and eat together, so we shop together and split the cost, then make great meals all weeknights.
