Looking for someone to take a fully furnished room in Churchlands, I am hardly ever home so you will pretty much have the apartment to yourself. Short term rental of 3 months while my sister goes overseas.
Fully furnished with modern furniture, apartment block is backed onto Lake Monger and is close to beaches, transport and city. Also have the fantastic Herdsman Fresh nearby.
