Hey Im Sam. Im 30 and work full time as an Engineer in the City. This is a share house with 1 other female professionals a Doctor (26). We live an active lifestyle and get to the beach/gym/surfclub every day. The house is perfectly set up and you will only need to furnish your room. We tend to look after ourselves food wise but will often organise a housemate family dinner.
