The room is fully furnished in Scandinavian style with queen bed, side tables, a mini dresser and mirror. The room has built in robes and there's also storage space under the bed. There is ducted reverse cycle air con / heating. The room is dark at night with solid white blinds, but there's a gorgeous western outlook during the day.

I'm renting this room on its own with use of own bathroom upstairs.

This Scandinavian-style townhouse in a secure cul-de-sac is a comfortable and easy place to live. The house is fenced and has a huge back garden and patio, two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a shed, and parking on the street.

I employ a gardener once a month.

The house has WiFi.

It is about a 10 minute walk to the Greenwood train station and a quick 10 minute bike ride or a slightly longer run if you're so inclined (about 2 kilometres) to awesome coffee at Voyage Kitchen and to Sorrento beach.

I'm a professionally employed woman and I own the property. I love dogs and have two that live with me every alternate 2 weeks. For just that reason, I would not be looking for someone who also had a dog.

About the occupants
Hi! My name is Anika, I'm 33 and work as an urban planner and designer in the city. I take the train to work every day and either walk to the train station or drive and park at the station. I've two dogs who live with me every alternative 2 weeks.

I eat at home probably about three to four nights per week and the other evenings I am out with friends or participating in sport or urban design committee work and professional development.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a working professional (or couple) happy to clean up after themselves, to do their own thing or share stories over a glass of red or whisky in the evening, and comfortable having the occasional visitor or event at the home.
Description of pets
Tamu is a Great Dane-Staffy cross and an absolute sook who loves affection and cuddles. He's the definition of gentle giant (if you look in the dictionary, his pic is the description for that phrase). Kifi is a Weimaraner who has boundless energy but is also happy to have a nap whenever. Both dogs are rescues and are absolute champs. No bias.

They both love life, walks, pats, food and other dogs. They're house trained, spend time inside and outside the house, and are very friendly. If you're so inclined and allow it, Tamu will sleep around you or with his paw touching you whilst you work or are generally around downstairs.

Both dogs are not allowed upstairs where the bed and bathroom to rent are (and don't question it), and are not allowed in any bedrooms generally.
