Description of the home
This Scandinavian-style townhouse in a secure cul-de-sac is a comfortable and easy place to live. The house is fenced and has a huge back garden and patio, two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a shed, and parking on the street.
I employ a gardener once a month.
The house has WiFi.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the Greenwood train station and a quick 10 minute bike ride or a slightly longer run if you're so inclined (about 2 kilometres) to awesome coffee at Voyage Kitchen and to Sorrento beach.
I'm a professionally employed woman and I own the property. I love dogs and have two that live with me every alternate 2 weeks. For just that reason, I would not be looking for someone who also had a dog.

I eat at home probably about three to four nights per week and the other evenings I am out with friends or participating in sport or urban design committee work and professional development.
They both love life, walks, pats, food and other dogs. They're house trained, spend time inside and outside the house, and are very friendly. If you're so inclined and allow it, Tamu will sleep around you or with his paw touching you whilst you work or are generally around downstairs.
Both dogs are not allowed upstairs where the bed and bathroom to rent are (and don't question it), and are not allowed in any bedrooms generally.
