Description of the home

House is 3 bedroom plus study, 2 bathroom, located in Metford. For rent is whole house except main bedroom and ensuite which I will occupy when I return home every 3rd or 4th weekend and some school holidays.

Bedroom 1 is a large size room with a new queen bed, built in's bedside tables, dresser, and fan.

Bedroom 2 is small unfurnished room with built in and fan.

Study is furnished.

Bathroom is brand new, large size, with bath and frameless shower.

Lounge room is airconditioned, TV, new 2x2 seater lounges, fire place.

Kitchen, laundry and dining room, all appliances.

Swimming pool, will require general maintenence, being scooping leaves and emptying pool cleaner. (Owner will pay for chemicals)

Lawns and gardens (Owner will pay for mowing and care)

Single garage with room to park in driveway as well.
