The best thing about living here is the views that span from Yarra Bend Park over Northcote Hill to the city. Have a gander at the indulgent sunset shots.
The apartment has a northern aspect, so it stays warm when the winter sun is out. Added benefits: this keeps the heating bill very low and air dries your laundry fast.
The apartment is a recent build so the bathroom + kitchen have top notch appliances and everything works as it should. There's a central hot water supply so you could shower for an hour and not run out of hot water.
If you were to bring a coffee machine or a clothes dryer that would be a bonus, but aside from that the house is fully kitted out.

I'm out pretty much out of the house every evening. If I am home I may be listening to records, failing at cooking or wondering why i still watch House of Cards when it has clearly jumped the shark.
The neighbours are pretty cool, so sometimes I chill with them. Yeah, i know right, I have actually met my neighbours. So pre-internet.
I'm a slow starter so if you are up and out of the house before 8am you will pretty much have free reign of the shared bathroom.
I tend to clean as I go. It's not a big place so easy to keep clean and tidy.
Appreciates cleanliness but is not overly fastidious about it.
Likes to hang out occasionally, but has their own thing going on.
Like to share a glass of wine occasionally.
Prepared to compete in a dance-off for the room if there's stiff competition.
