Spacious top floor, art deco apartment nestled at the quiet rear of a secure block (8 apartments in total). Features high ceilings, generous room sizes, central heating, air conditioning and dishwasher. There is carpet throughout the apartment. A central, communal balcony can also be enjoyed all year round, perfect for sun baking and BBQ's in the summer time.

Public transport is on your doorstep (Tram routes 5 & 64) and its only a short 10 minute walk to Armadale train station.
Ideal location - close to Chapel Street / Glenferrie Road and Malvern Central Shopping Centre.

This generous bedroom can comfortably fit a queen size bed, two bedside tables and small desk. An undercover carport is also available if required.

My current housemate is moving out and taking the majority of furniture / household appliances with her, so I'm looking for someone who can ideally contribute kitchen appliances and furniture to the apartment. However, it's not a deal breaker if you don't have any items, I will have the essentials and finding a compatible housemate is my first priority :)

Bills and expenses

Electricity and gas bills are split evenly. I usually do my own thing when it comes to food, but more than happy to have the occasional meal together and also happy to take it in turns to buy cleaning and household items as required.
