Description of the home
Its a 3 by 2 house in Trinity Alkimos. Walking distance to Bulter train station and 5 minute drive to Eden beach.
Renter will have their own bathroom, toilet & basically will have the back of the house to themselves as I have a bathroom toilet and lounge room of my own at the front of the house. House is fully furnished but renter will need their own bedroom furniture. House has full reverse cycle ducted airconditioning, has a lock up garage and dishwasher.
I do have a 5 year old indoor cat who mainly spends her time in my bedroom. And a pug x who is mainly outside. So someone who doesn't mind animals is a must.
