Quick and easy access to public transport ( 15 mins to central, but hey, I walk it in 20 😜) ....and walking distance to Newtown/Broadway/Sydney Uni and the amazing jubilee park and Glebe front esplanade.

Security block. Private front and back courtyards plus large communal block outdoor space.

The area is filled with amazing greenery AND now that it's warm, the jasmine and jacaranda are everywhere!!! 🌸🌻🌱🌿

Seperate laundry area with washing machine.

$300 per week which includes internet and professional fortnightly cleaner for common areas. (Bills extra)

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance required.

You will be living with 2 vegans and a brand new baby ginger kitty.

I work 9-5 for a not for profit in animal welfare. I do pole dancing and hula hooping and have a pole and hoops to be shared amongst all!! Plus yoga gives me life! 🙏

Pretty Chilled and quiet house, but do not mind guests and visitors over. We don't see each other a lot because of conflicting schedules, but very friendly and super nice peeps!!
