Description of the home

A big, light-filled 4 bedroom modern home in Balmoral, close to Oxford st, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and both living rooms. All freshly painted, (upstairs isn't that weird greeny brown colour any more, a nice cream now) all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and fans.

House is unfurnished. There are two full bathrooms, the ground floor has double sink, rain shower and deep bath, upstairs has double size rain shower and lots of cabinet space. Ground floor has tiles and carpeted bedrooms, upstairs has hardwood floors. All windows have flyscreens and exterior doors have slidinig flyscreen doors as well.

Shared laundry and huge open kitchen with pantry and massive gas stove, there is a brand-new dishwasher, and massive fridge. Lots and lots of storage including big cupboards downstairs and a locked outside area for bikes etc. There's a large outdoor deck that opens to a tidy yard, very private due to retaining wall foliage and there are views over to the Westgate bridge.

Entire house is $980 pw, happy for flatmates to divvy up price however they like. Would be great for a group of friends/ family looking for a big space - two living areas and big bedrooms :)
