- The rest of the house is furnished, perfect to move straight in, but happy to move things around if you are bringing some furniture.
- Rent for single person is $240 per week.

This house has a ton of character and personality. Original built at the turn of the century and since renovated the house has the following features:
- Hard wood floors, high ceilings and air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living space.
- City views of the CBD skyline from the bedrooms. During summer you can even see the fireworks!
- Outdoor entertaining spaces (common), which includes a front patio with city views and a large back courtyard perfect for entertaining and BBQ’s.
- Three separate living spaces (common) which includes a lounge room with art deco/Chinese flourishes, a cinema room with pull out couch for lazy Sunday Netflix binges and a large indoor garden lounge/television room.

I am a happy friendly person who lives in cute secure 2 bedroom house on a quiet street right on the edge of the city just a couple of blocks from gorgeous Hyde Park, a 5 minute walk to Northbridge and a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city, the train and bus station. There are a heap of bars, restaurants, cafes, movies, theatres and music all within a short walk of the house. I don’t even drive anymore.
There are three different lounge rooms to enjoy, so plenty of space to spread out.
Original jarrah floorboards lead to the first living room with another big antique fireplace. Opposite is a quiet office/reading room with a beautiful window looking out to greenery.
There is a great kitchen with plenty of storage and room to cook up a storm and through the pass a large separate dining room and a second lounge room with windows on all sides.
The back of the house has great natural light with the sun shining in to keep warm during the winter.
Out the back is a large courtyard for entertaining sheltered by a vine covered gazebo.
The house is furnished but I am totally open to moving things around.
I don’t have house rules or anything but treat my roommates with respect and keep the common areas tidy (not a clean freak) and am looking for the someone who acts the same. Totally down to have a few drinks, shoot the breeze and can’t wait to lounge out the front watching the city as weather gets warmer. Also want to work my way through a ton of cheap eats and need a eating buddy.

I also love reading, listening to music and to a way lesser extent forcing myself to run in training for the City to Surf.

The house is really lovely and a super chilled place to live and hang.
