This bedroom is small (2.66m long x 2.24 wide)but has a small built in cupboard & shelving & there is a large linen closet in the hallway that you could use part of. There's also under stair storage & a large garden shed should you need more space for your things. This bedroom would probably only suit a king single bed, though you could fit in a double (it would just be a pretty tight squeeze). New carpets, upstairs so away from the noise of the downstairs living areas and you'd be the sharing the bathroom with only 1 other person.

This 3 bedroom townhouse is in an awesome location - within walking distance of the free tram into the city, bus, pubs, gym, Hawker Street cafe & Brompton Community Garden. It's a self-contained townhouse with loads of storage, so no sharing walls (& noise) with neighbours, plus it has its own garden shed & private garden/lawn/shaded pergola for those Summer BBQ's!

The bathroom would only be shared with 1 other flatmate, plus there is an additional toilet downstairs so no queuing for the toilet! Brand new carpets, blinds & gas cooktop/oven have just been installed (old shown in some photos but current ones have dark grey), and the rest of the house is fully furnished. There's ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling, as well as a split system in the lounge room, and there's an additional small living area as well as the dining area so there are a few places to hang out should you want your own space :)

Bills and expenses

Bills will be split 3 ways between the flatmates. There will be electricity, gas, water & internet. As I have only just moved in I am unsure how much the bills will be, apart from the internet which is $70/month divided by 3 = $23.33/month or $5.83/week to be exact ;)

About the occupants
I am 38 years old, well-travelled & sociable (though not in the mornings - lol). I am looking forward to creating a comfy, chilled out place to come home to. I work 4 days per week so tend to keep quiet during the week & go to yoga after work or socialise outside of the house. I cook for myself every night & would be happy to have a drink & a chat whilst doing so. I enjoy bushwalking, travelling, yoga, relaxing at home, checking out the local cafes & pubs & having the occasional Netflix binge.

Who I'm looking for: reliable people of a similar age who would want to stay long-term & are interested in creating a positive, homely, sociable environment (whilst still respecting one another's space & privacy) rather than someone who just wants a room to sleep in & spends most of their time holed up in their bedroom or wants to live in a party house - been there, done that - lol. Someone who will contribute to the household chores without having to be asked, pays bills on time & who preferably works full-time. It's really important to me that you are respectful of things like trying to be quiet when other people are sleeping e.g. not playing loud music, not bringing friends home late at night on a week night & making a lot of noise (I am a very light sleeper & work 4 days/week) etc. In turn, I am very aware of trying to be quiet when others are sleeping :)
