Relatively new apartment. I have been living here over a year and my roommate recently moved out so I'm looking for someone to move in so I can renew my lease for at least another 6 months (get me through to next April).
Lots of street parking and 6 undercover parks available but its first in best dressed for those so not always free. House is fully furnished including a pool, aircon and ceiling fans.
