I'm looking for a flatmate to rent a large queen size bedroom. The apartment is in a secure complex with a large pool, spa, gym, common games room and BBQ area. The apartment is really modern and cozy with wooden floors, a big balcony, 2 bathrooms, laundry, new kitchen and lounge area and it overlooks the pool and spa. I also have both Netflix and Foxtel with heaps of new movies to choose from.

It's in a great spot because there is free bus services right nearby which takes 2 mins to get to the CBD. There's also shops and lots of restaurants nearby and it's within walking distance to Northbridge so it's close to everything.

There's also a spare secure dedicated car bay under the complex if you require it.

Hi my name is Veronica, I am a 18 year old student who is working full time whilst finishing off my degree in fashion marketing and commerce. I work as a nanny 32-40 hours a week whilst studying so I really am only at the house 10am-2pm during the day and after work at 7:30pm. I go to the gym most days and I love weightlifting and fitness in general. I am super healthy, super clean and a really self-motivated person so those things would be great to have in a house-mate. On my days off I like to chill and watch series and eat lots of pizza.
