About the occupants
We are a husband and wife couple and my husband is semi retired and we travel away for around 4-6 weeks per year . We are very family orientated and love going to watch the footy. Enjoy going for walks on the weekends and having coffee in our local area. We have a large swimming pool, which is wonderful in summer and laps can be done to keep fit. We have a large house and our children have left home and now have opportunity for someone to use one of the spare rooms. We love our wine and enjoy BBQ's with family and friends. My husband has a boat so there is an opportunity for fishing trips. We would really like a person who loves animals so that if we go away for a holiday, the person is able to care for animals and can discuss options in reduced rent in this period.
