We are lucky to live in a charming 4 bedroom home in a prime position in Albert Park. We're located between Kerferd Rd & Bridport Street and walking distance to:

Albert Park lake

South Melbourne market

1, 12 & 96 trams.
A lovely cavoodle dog and a very handsome cat also live here. Both are sensible and well behaved. It’s important to us that that you like animals and are happy to have them around.
The house is large and spacious with 2 bathrooms which means that you'll only ever share with one other person.

The house is really gorgeous and has a great vibe. Living in Albert Park is so ideal because it has a small town feel with the city just minutes away.
The housemates are really great people. They’re friendly, respectful, tidy, quiet (when needed) There are a few of us in the house but it never feels crowded because the house is large and we all have our own lives.
Kate - Hi, I’m 34 years old. I work the usual full time hours at a plant nursery and I’m excited to work in the beautiful garden we have. I like reading, pottering in the garden and hanging out with my handsome cat, Noel.
I’m Lucian, 29, I’m a violinist and studying Acting at the VCA. Uni is pretty hectic so during the week I keep to myself and enjoy a chilled out house. I also paint, make leather goods and work at a Whiskey distillery running tours and tastings round the corner on the weekends.
We are in our 20's/ 30's, friendly but independent, fully employed, kind and considerate, always pay rent on time and clean up after ourselves.
We shop & cook for ourselves as we all have different after work hours/commitments..but still have a chat over dinner or hanging out when we're around.
The house and garden is usually pretty clean & tidy with shared responsibility, and we're all considerate of each other in regard to mess/noise etc.
We have pets so it is important that you are an animal person who enjoys spending time with animals.
The cat: Noel, a 4 year old domestic short hair, is an inside cat who loves a pat once he gets to know you.
