Heyy!

We have a private room with connected (but shared) bathroom that is available for move in on the 8th of August! We have a courtyard and BBQ if you want to have a few friends around as well. Fully furnished except for the room that is up for rent.

This townhouse is in a great location as we're about 200m from the the pub if you want to go for a beer. There is a Coles about 600m down the road and we're a 2 minute walk to the 390 bus stop and 5 minutes from the 345 bus stop and Alderley Station.

We don't have off-street parking, however on the street parking is available.

Bills and expenses

Hi!
I'm Riley, I am 21 and currently work part time at a restaurant and in a creche facility, with working in hospitality I am often not home until about 10pm 5ish days a week. I study full time at QUT and am in my last year of university. I'm fairly social, but mostly out of the house to be a respectful of other housemates. I will usually go down to the pub and have a couple beers and play some pool. I love cooking and baking and when I have time off I like going and trying new bars in the city.

Luke - Luke is 28 and is currently also finishing his final year at QUT studying electrical engineering. He enjoys playing guitar, listening to his records and watching sport. He working in retail in the city and is usually home around night time unless he has uni late.
