The current owners of the home, have two children, and a small dog, please note the children only stay half of the time, as they also live with their mother. This is a family home and loud music and parties are discouraged, cleanliness and tidiness is also very important.

Although parties are discouraged, Friends of the tenants are to be encouraged to visit as the owners are very and friendly and accommodating.

The home is easily accessible to UQ, (walk, cycle or get the bus over the Eleanor Schonell, green bridge) also close to the Griffith University Campus.

The Eleanor Schonell Bridge is a bus, pedestrian and cycle route between Dutton Park and The University of Queensland (UQ) St Lucia campus. The bridge:

• a pedestrian and equitable access drop-off area at the Dutton Park Kiss and Ride on TJ Doyle Memorial Park Drive
• a cycle path along the southern side of the bridge
