Large 4 bedroom home in quiet cul de sac, dining room, small but practical kitchen, large living area with gas heating but no a/c. Very large backyard and double shed you can access, lemon tree and vege garden beds. The house is large and my studio apartment room is away from the main lounge so we'll probably not even hear each other much.
