Lovely two-storey Queenslander with large kitchen space, two lounge areas, a verandah and an upstairs patio. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, and upstairs has a spa-bath available as well.
Close to public transport. Close to Milton road where buses will take you to the city, and a 15 min walk to the train station (2 stops to city). There are great cafes and restaurants in the area, and we are close to surrounding suburbs Toowong, Rosalie, Paddington, Bardon and Milton.

About the occupants
You will be living with three females aged between 24-35 and a friendly dog Jasper. We all work full time, enjoy catching up over some wine while watching Game of Thrones or The Bachelor and are fairly active on the weekends.
